You can add notes to editorial images, articles, and article elements, and you can add it to more content at once.

Notes and other metadata are typically part of the Properties form, and the form can typically found on the right-click menu, or on File > Properties.

The following screenshot shows the notes field on the Details tab of the article Properties form.

Notes are common to all users and not signed by user name who entered it, unless you add your name or initials to your note.
