Add a personal autocorrect entry

1.On the Edit menu of the Articles main tab (on on the Pages main tab while editing text), click Preferences.

2.Click the Auto correction tab.

3.In the Replace box, type a word or phrase that you often mistype or misspell (for example, type usualy, with a single L letter).
Note: you can type only one word - GN4 is not able to manage multiple words in autocorrect.

4.In the With box, type the correct spelling of the word (for example, type usually).

5.Click Add.

Add a personal autocomplete entry

1.On the Edit menu of the Articles main tab (on on the Pages main tab while editing text), click Preferences.

2.Click the Auto correction tab.

3.In the Replace box, type an abbreviation you want to expand automatically (for example, type EC).
Note: you can type only one word - GN4 is not able to manage multiple words in autocorrect.

4.Select Case sensitive, as it makes sense with autocomplete entries.

5.in the With box, type the expanded abbreviation (for example, type European Community).

6.Click Add.

Note

If the same entry already exists in the global autocorrect list, it will not be possible to add it in your personal list.
