On the Search menu, click Editions and then select a title. Use other fields to narrow the results.

On the Search menu, click Pages, and then in the Pages Search, under Edition, select one or more editions, zones, sections, or regions, to list the pages of.

Assign to > Edition, Section, Zone, Page

Display a listing of assignable items (articles or editorial images). On the Edition navigator expand an edition, or section, or zone, or page. Drag one or more items from the listing onto edition/section/zone/page. On the List directory style, in the Info column, an assignment icon appears. Hover the mouse over it to read assignment data.

This functionality is similar.

Unassign

In a listing of articles or editorial images, select one or more assigned. On the File menu, point to Assign, and then click Unassign. Confirm when prompted.

Show all Elements Linked to > Edition, Section, Page

On the Edition navigator, double- click an edition, or section, or zone, or page and then wait until listing populates.
