Since the help build 888, the GN4 documentation contains two versions of GN4.CHM file:

•The complete help contains the user oriented documentation and the System Administrator's chapters. The file name is GN4.CHM

•The end-user help contains the user oriented documentation only. The file name is GN4S.CHM and it contains no topics with configuration or installing instructions. Contact support to get instructions from where to download such file. Rename the file to GN4.CHM prior to install it on the user computers.
