Two error messages can occur when clicking links or browsing help pages.

Unable to start "filename.chm"

This message means that the filename.chm is not found in the directory with the other help files. The reason for this can be that it is not installed on your computer. It may be that the file has been renamed, or removed. If so, install it again.

The page cannot be displayed

This message may appear for following reasons:

1.If it appears when you wanted to display topics, linked to external HTML file(s). It means the external files are not found. Please write down the topic that misbehaves, and mail it's description to the support.it@miles33.com - we'll fix it.
2.If the message appeared on some other point of help files, it means that there's a dead link error in the help file. Please report it. Click the Contact us link in the header of this topic, and send us a mail with the name of the help file and the link name, so we can fix the problem.
