You can use the Alignment toolbar to space selected objects horizontally or vertically, distributing objects within the boundaries of the selection, by inserting an equal amount of space between the all selected objects.

Click to distribute objects horizontally.

Click to distribute objects vertically.

If the alignment toolbar is not displayed, on the Windows menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Alignment.
