The measurement, area color, rules/dashes, rotation, text wrap (runaround), vertical justification and miscellaneous palette can be stick together and moved around as a group.

Let's assume you have the situation as on the following screenshot, therefore, two palettes stack together, and now you want to add also Rule & Dash palette. Click the stacked group anyplace. Right-click the title bar of the Rule & Dash palette, and then select Float.

The palette is added on the bottom of the existing group.

Should you want to create a new group instead to add to an existing group, right-click and select Float new.

To stick a palette to another

Click the stacked group anyplace. Right-click the title bar of the Rule & Dash palette, and then select Float.

To move all stick palettes

Drag any of them.

To unstick a palette

Right-click the title bar of the sticked palette, and then select Float.
