The toolbox is available on the Pages main tab in Fred.

To toggle display of the toolbox, on the Windows menu, point to Toolbars and then click Toolbox. By default, it appears docked to the left edge of the main window on the Pages main tab.

The toolbox, when docked, currently appears as as a single vertical column, and when undocked, as a horizontal row. Two vertical columns of tools are not currently implemented.

To save the undocked toolbox position, move it where you want and then save the workspace.
