Copy and paste attributes of an object

You can copy and paste attributes of an object.

To copy attributes

Select an object and then press CTRL+C.

To apply copied attributes

Select one or more objects, and then press SHIFT+V, or on the Edit menu, select Paste Object Attributes. In the dialog box select what you want to paste, and then click OK.

Explanation of object attributes:

Rule applies the properties of source object on rules, or on borders on boxes, frames and images. This includes color, tint, weight and dashing.

Fill applies the color, tint and gradient of fill color.

Opacity applies the transparency settings of the source object.

Engrave applies the status of the run-around, and the margins.

Shape resizes selected object to the dimensions of the source object and applies its form.

Drop shadow applies shadow settings.

Graphics Text applies the settings of the graphic text frame.
