You can blend the colors between two overlapping objects by using the blending modes in the Opacity palette. Blending modes let you vary the ways in which the colors of objects blend with the colors of underlying objects.

Select one or more objects.

In the Opacity palette, under Blend mode, choose a blending mode, such as Multiple or other.
