Description

Adds to a page a image that do not exist in the database.

Such picture will be created as dummy when it is referenced by a new article and the article is saved or when the function TxtSetReference is called with an article already existing in the database.

GN4-1388: When using Page.ArticleNewPicture on an image in a paginated article, the page could no be reopened after being saved and closed. Fixed in version 2.0.
