In the standard configuration there are 15 hard-coded box presets defaults, named BoxPreset00...BoxPreset15. The presets are defined in Ted.vb. You can customize all the box presets except the No box one. See Customizing box presets for instructions.

Box presets syntax

A box preset consists of the identifier (e.g. 'BoxPreset01' - not to be modified or translated), and a value. The value has two parts: a translatable name, e.g. No border 50% K fill w0/m6 that ends with a comma (hence, you must not use comma in the name itself), and the codified string with values, delimited by slash.

BoxPreset00 is used to unbox, and it has not to be customized.

Translatable name: you can put what you want (except comma and slash character). Standard names end with a short info about weight (w1 means weight=1pt) and margin (m6 means margin 6pt).

Codified string: it has nine parts, all in the same line, in the order as specified below, with the mandatory structure as below. Do not add more slashes, do not skip values.

•border color name or - (minus sign) if transparent; the color name may contain spaces

•border shade (0-100)

•fill color name or - (minus sign) if transparent; the color name may contain spaces

•fill color shade (0-100)

•border weight (0pt, 1pt, or 0.75pt or any other allowed positive value; you can use any GN4 measurement unit)

•left margin (0pt, 1pt, or 0.75pt or any other allowed positive value; you can use any GN4 measurement unit)

•right margin (0pt, 1pt, or 0.75pt or any other allowed positive value; you can use any GN4 measurement unit)

•top margin (0pt, 1pt, or 0.75pt or any other allowed positive value; you can use any GN4 measurement unit)

•bottom margin (0pt, 1pt, or 0.75pt or any other allowed positive value; you can use any GN4 measurement unit)

Since version 2.3, also:

•end gradient color name or - (minus sign) if transparent; the color name may contain spaces

•end gradient shade (0-100)

•gradient type: 1 for linear blend, 2 for circular blend

•gradient angle in 1/10ths of grade, e.g. 0 for vertical blend, or 900 for horizontal blend, or 450 for 45 grades angle.
