You may want to fit a page to the size of the page window to be able view the entire page. This will zoom out the page in the way that its height, width and margins fit in page window.

To fit the page height and width to the window size

Do any of the following:

•On the Toolbox, click the zoom icon .

•Press CTRL+1.

•On the View menu, point to Zoom, and then select Fit Page to window.

Notes

•If the current page window is small, and the page itself is large, what will be displayed will look as a page miniature, with unreadable text and information (type and format labels and similar).

•The fit page to window in the versions prior to 2.3 doesn't take into account the pasteboard dimensions. Since version 2.3, it is enhanced. See Center page in window.

To fit the page width to the window size

On the View menu, point to Zoom, and then select Fit Page width to window.

This will display the full width of the page, and will probably reduce it less than fit to window.
