You may want to fit a multi-page view to the size of the window to be able view all the pages in the same multi-page view. This will zoom out the pages in the way that their height, width and margins fit in window.

To fit the multi-page view height and width to the window size

Do any of the following:

•Press CTRL+5.

•On the View menu, point to Zoom, and then select Fit Multi-Page to Window.

Notes

•If the current window is small, and the pages large or many, what will be displayed will look as a pages miniature, with unreadable text and information (type and format labels and similar).

•The fit multi-page to window takes into account the pasteboard size. Therefore, you may want to fit pasteboard to page as explained in Fit the pasteboard to the page and then repeat fit to multi-page.

To fit the multi-page view width to the window size

On the View menu, point to Zoom, and then select Fit Multi-Page width to window.

This will display the full width of the multi-page view..
