On the Pages main tab in Fred4, on the File menu, point to Properties, and then select Page properties. This displays the page properties dialog box with three default tabs:

•Page name: displays the computed name of the page (r/o). See Pages names for technical information. •Page number: displays the number, incoming from edition (r/o). Look, please, at the Info tab to see other possible page numbers. •Description: you can review and edit the page description. •Edition: displays the edition name (r/o). •Section: you can review and change the page section. •Zone: you can review and change the page zone. •Master page: you can review and change the page master. •Workstate: you can review and change the page workstate. •Logical page: tick to mark as logical, instead of physical. •Color page: tick to mark as color page. •Color page (R): tick to mark the right side of the double page as color page (ignored if not a double page). |
Use the Details tab to review the page names for listings, to review and assign categories, or to change the deadline gap. |

descName: displays the descriptive name of the page (r/o). shortName: displays the short name of the page, as it will appear in the page labels on the Pages main tab, and in some listings (r/o).
