Open pages of multiple titles at once

On the Pages main tab in Fred4 you can open and work on pages belonging to multiple titles.
To open pages, drag them from the Pages navigator to the content tab, or simply double-click them.
Important
Pages belonging to the different titles cannot be added to the same multi-page view, but they're automatically opened in the new multi-page view.
This requires version 1.4 or newer.
