We recommend to create the C:\TERA\GN4\COM folder to store all GN4 COM files you will extract from downloaded files (COM.zip or COM_64.zip). In this folder you will store COM files from the version, you installed in to run on the server.

This folder is an "active" folder, from where the system loads the COM files. Therefore, before replacing files in this folder, ensure that all the services, IIS servers and scheduled processes are stopped.

Replicate this folder on each and every GN4 server except Exalead servers.
