On the Edit menu of the Articles main tab, point to Find, and then select the appropriate find option. You can search in entire article or in the current element.

In the Find box, enter the text that you want to search for. Select any other options that you want.

To continue the search

On the Edit menu, click Find Next.

To turn on partial search

Clear Match whole words only. Then, word will find words as well.

Wild cards are not supported.

To find GNML tags

Insert tags in the field by pressing F9.

Note: to review results, ensure tags are displayed in the source pane, or press ALT+F9 to display them.

When replacing

In the Replace with box, enter the replacement text. If you want simply to delete found characters, leave the box empty.

Select any other options that you want.

To clean a text pasted from a e-mail or Web

On the Edit menu, point to Find, and then select Clean text and set quotes.
