You can search for articles on the Articles navigator, or for any content on the Content navigator, or on the Shell main tab.

Enter what you want to find in search fields (in Search Full Text, you can search for any word in the content) and then press 8 to display results

To limit the search on some content types, in Type, select what you want. You can also narrow search by date, folder, title and summary or other fields.
