You can perform list of articles assigned, or linked to an edition, page, section, zone, or region, on the Editions navigator of the Shell main tab, and on the Articles navigator on the Articles main tab in Ted4/Fred4

On the Editions navigator / Shell main tab

1.Expand a title.

2.Select an edition, or page, or  section, or zone, or region.

3.Select either Linked or Assigned.

4.In Type, select Article, or Editorial Image.

5.Click the refresh button.

On the Articles navigator / Articles main tab

Display listing of articles, and then scroll right the listing to uncover the Assigned column.

Note: do not confuse Assigned To column (that contains the name of the user to whom is assigned the article), with the Assigned column (that contains the assignment to edition, section, zone, or page).
