When a new layer is created, on save, it will be immediately checked out before page layer list update. This will prevent other users to modify something in the middle of the operation.

Masters can now be dragged and dropped from one edition to another. As for Copy/Paste, both editions must share the same typography. To keep drop operation scriptable, as the Paste is, a new OnAction() event has been implemented (IEdtEvent.Actions.MasterDrop). It is now possible to copy masters even if one or both editions are new.
Fixed bug: it is possible to open a "New from" edition and its source edition in the same time.

[146] Edt4: better internal management of empty ads layers

There is no more need to empty all layers in scripting (or server workflow) before ads plan re-import. Ads layers will be cleared on edition save, in the same call that will add newly imported ads. The process is very quick now.

The Layout8000 import now read the exported "Double Truck" flag. An advertisement with this flag set, will have a result box width that include double page inner margins.
