PrintQueueName is an old redundant attribute, the fix remove it and use only the real queue id reference.
Tested on print server-side, print draft, print to file, print to printer, print by back4

Editing a data source into the 'Data Sources' module in EdAdmin4, when closing the dialog clicking on the 'X' at the top right the edited data source remained locked (there was the 'padlock' icon in the 'L' column into the list), and the only way to remove the lock was restarting the application. 
Now fixed: clicking on the 'X' unlocks the objects edited by the workflow.

Rescheduling a Back4 task, either in EdAdmin4 or Fred4, the "Object not set to an instance of an object" error occurred.
Now fixed.

[90] EdAdmin: wrong colours in the application/designer permissions applet

The result has some differences than the request: for practical reasons instead of gray border is used different shades of the same color (changed also the legenda on application to explain this).
Grant permission:
Default value (no one ha set any permission, allow is just the default): LimeGreen
User/Group has the explicit allow permission: Green
User/Group has inherited the allow permission from group: Lime
Deny permission:
User/Group has the explicit deny permission: DarkRed
User/Group has inherited the deny permission from group: Red
"Ted Extra" permission: 
User/Group has the explicit Ted Extra permission: Blue
User/Group has inherited the Ted Extra permission from group: DodgerBlue
 
Add also the mouse scrolling support for the table.

[150] EdAdmin: cannot set permissions on controlpanels

In GN3, we could set permissions on the GN3MMC applets individually.
Now, also in GN4 it is possible to grant/deny the access to the EdAdmin4 control panels.
Added the 'Control Panels Permissions' panel in EdAdmin4, in the 'Application Configuration' panel's group.
The admin4_MainPage.xml configuration file must be re-imported.
This new panel shows a table containing a row for each GN4 group/user.
Each column refers to a control panel's group, as configured in the admin4_MainPage.xml and EdAdmin4_MainPage.xml files (see the <MainPageGroup> tags).
Each cell shows a green circle if at least one panel is allowed inside that panel's group; a red circle means that at least one panel is denied into that panel's group.

To actually set the user/group permissions, double-click on a row to display the permissions tree.
The tree check-boxes are three-states: empty = deny, checked = grant, filled = inherited.
The control panels that are denied to the current user are not displayed by EdAdmin4 in the main page.

[316] EdAdmin4: Impossible to remove the default section folder, once set

GN4-3824

In editing dialog, the single-reference tree control didn't allow to remove the existing selection.
This occurred, for example, editing the 'defaultFolderRef' attribute of the gn4:section object.
Now fixed: you can remove the selection clicking on the 'Root' item.
Note the the 'Root' item is added to the tree if the editing attribute is optional into the GN4 xsd schema (minOccurs="0").

[362] EdAdmin4: LogAdmin remove login doens't unlock the objects which remain locked

In EdAdmin4, removing the old logins using the LogAdmin module didn't unlock the GN4 objects in use by them.
Now fixed: the GN4 objects are correctly released when the login is removed from the database.

[383] EdAdmin: problem assigning permissions to tabitem scripts

Starting from now, when a script is disabled for Shell4, it is automatically disabled for any application. To obtain the same functionality in previous builds, please set "*" as app name in Edit User/Permission tab.
