Display and hide guides

On the View menu, click Guides.

You can also press F10, which is a standard shortcut  key to toggle invisibles.

You can display and hide column and module guides independently.

Hide guides under specified zoom level

On the Edit menu, select Preferences, and then on the Display tab, in Guides/frames limit (% zoom), enter the minimum zoom percentage, below which guides and frames will be hidden.

Display and hide module guides in the session

On the View menu, click Module Guides / Baseline Grid.

Display and hide module guides by default

On the Edit menu, click Preferences and then on the Grid tab, clear Modules.

Display and hide column guides

On the View menu, click Column Guides.
