To display the Layouts navigator, on the Tracking main tab, click the Layouts tab on the navigator ribbon (bottom of the navigator).

•If you can't locate navigator, look at the Navigator topic in the GN4 work area.

•The Layouts navigator is the default startup, unless you save the workspace with another navigator selected and enable it as "load on startup".
