You may want to skip some text boxes (frames) from importing them in GN4. Typically, those frames contain the local text.

Have in mind that the text boxes containing some text that are not marked as "disable import" but contain text, will prevent you to save the InDesign page.

To disable import on selected text boxes

Select The menu command Plug-Ins>GN4>Utilities>Disable All Text Boxes Import will scan all current text boxes containing text on the page Page Document and mark all those not currently linked to GN4 articles as being disabled for import into the GN4 system (option Plug-Ins>GN4>Type is ticked as Disable Import).

This feature enables the end user to easily disable for import all populated text boxes on the page that are not GN4 articles but enable the page document to be saved.
