Define Fred default work area if no workspace is auto-loaded

There are three preferences that define the Pages main tab default work area if no workspaces is loaded (automatically, or manually).

Preference	Description	Variable
Do not maximize Fred window	Untick if you want that when no workspace is loaded on startup, Fred4 window is maximized on full screen. Recommended: unticked	fr_NoMaximize
Do not add default toolbars	Untick if you want that when no workspace is loaded on startup, default toolbars are loaded. Note: you can show/hide toolbars at any time through Window > Toolbars. Recommended: unticked	fr_NoDefToolbars
Do not populate Sidebar	Untick if you want that when no workspace is loaded on startup, Fred4 right sidebar is automatically populated with all palettes. Recommended: unticked	fr_NoDefSidebar
