Milestones for articles, elements and images provide following conditions, and all of them are optional.

Condition

Description

Type

This is available for stories and images. You can select a type, e.g. text or image.

Specified workstate

An element has to be in the selected workstate to reach the milestone.

You can select among all file-related workstates. Typically, there will be a workstate "page" or similar to mark this status.

Fit/not dummy

You can specify that a text must be fitting, and a image must not be dummy, to reach a milestone. We recommend you to select it.

Minutes before deadline

If you didn't configure the default time gap for elements, based on type, you may want to specify it here. Normally, you will want the elements to reach the milestone shortly before the page deadline, to allow a page to be checked.

Warning: do not specify two milestones with the same gap!

Color code for OK

Select a color suitable to symbolize reached milestone. Green is the default one.

Color code for failed

Select a color suitable to symbolize a failed milestone. Red is the default one.
