Milestones for pages provide following conditions, and all of them are optional.

Condition

Description

Workstate

A page has to be in the selected workstate to reach the milestone.

You can select among all page-related workstates. Typically, there will be a workstate "closed" or similar to mark this status.

Printed on some

A page has to be printed on listed queues to reach the milestone.

Typically, you will list all type setters here.

Printed

A page has to be printed at least once on any printer to reach the milestone.

This may be suitable only if you use multiple chained milestones, e.g. first page milestone will be "printed on any", and it will typically mean that the page was proofed; other milestone will be "printed on some", and it will include type setters.

Deadline

If configuring a single page-related milestone, e.g. "Closed", based on the workstate, then you may leave 0 here. It means that you do not require closing to happen one or more minutes before deadline. Otherwise, if you want to have pages closed 3 minutes before the deadline, enter 3.

Note: the final milestone must be the last one. The page cross will appear only on milestone that is the last one.

OK Color

Select a color suitable for a big cross above the page that met the final milestone condition. Green is the default one.

Failure color

Select a red color. If a page fails to meet the deadline, the &m field in the page caption will show a small "light" in this color.
