Use library objects to save time to create complex and repeatable objects, such as articles, image placeholders, backgrounds. Moreover, use them to create objects with attributes that cannot be set as default, for example, colored boxes or multi-shapes and other.
This assumes that one or more object libraries were created beforehand, and one or more library objects exist in such libraries.
To place a library object on a page
1.On the Navigator of the Pages main tab, click the Library tab.
2.Select title and library, and then locate the object you want.
3.Drag a library object on the page. The shape of object, in original size, moves with the pointer.
4.Click the left button to put the object on desired position. Note: if something was selected on page, you'll be prompted to replace the existing object. Click Yes to replace, or No to be able to drop the library object where you want.
5.If prompted, name or select the article(s) to be created or linked to the object (including selection of folder).
