Create folders for your publications

GN4 is shipped with the following standard folders: Archive, Contacts, System.

Add folders you need (or import them).

On the root level, add a folder with the name of your publication, and then create desks and baskets as its subfolders.

If you have more publications that share the same formatting and workflow, create each of them below the first publication. Use the folders permissions to limit the access.

Use the Archive folder to create subfolders for the archived content.

Use the Contacts folder to create subfolders for the address books.

The System folder contains add-ins and users subfolders, but do not use them: create the Users folder under your publication folder.
