This topic explains the steps how to create manually a change page that differs in part of the advertising content and part of the editorial content while the rest is the same.

Prepare a source page for content splitting

This assumes the source page has one editorial and one advertising layer.

1.Add, to the source page, an editorial layer. The purpose of the layer is to contain the articles the same in the source and in the change page.

2.On the source page, locate the first article that has to be the same in the source and in the change page, select all its frames, right-click it, click Move to Another layer and then select a target layer.

3.Repeat the step #2 for the all the articles that has to be the same in the source and in the change page.

4.Add, to the source page, an advertising layer. The purpose of the layer is to contain the ads the same in the source and in the change page.

5.On the source page, locate the first ad that has to be the same in the source and in the change page, select it, right-click it, click Move to Another layer and then select a target layer.

6.Repeat the step #2 for the all the ads that has to be the same in the source and in the change page.
