1.Select the text you want to move (including the paragraph mark) and then on the Edit menu, click Cut.

2.Click where you want to paste the copied block and then do one of the following:

•On the Edit menu, click Paste.

•To paste clean, unformatted text, click Paste text only.

•To paste text from a PDF, you may want to use Paste as One Paragraph.
