GN4 related credentials consist of:

URLS to use to connect

List the connection URLs to connect to the:

•Standard GN4 browser (GNPortal) access (for ordinary users)

•Administrative GN4 browser (GNPortal) access (for administrators)

•ClickOnce launch page

•Exalead Administrative Console

•hidden URLs (if any)

Note: do the above for both normal and disaster recovery situations.

Server Administrator user names, passwords and expiration

List all administrator user names and passwords and expiration (if any), for:

•GN4 live and  DR (Disaster Recovery) servers (the servers where GN4 software runs, e.g. Back4, Exalead, IIS etc)

•SQL live and  DR (Disaster Recovery) servers (if SQL is installed on a separate machine)

•File live and  DR (Disaster Recovery) servers (if File Servers exists and are installed on a separate machine)

•GNWeb live and  DR (Disaster Recovery) servers.

Stress especially if one needs to contact some customer representative before connecting.

If so, list the names/mails of the site staff who you can contact (within the office hours or out of it).

GN4 user names and passwords

•List all GN4 administrator user names and passwords to enter GN4.

•List all administrator user names and passwords to connect to the Exalead Administrative Console.

•List all administrator user names and passwords to connect to the GNWeb Desk and other interfaces.
