The page elements are linked to an article in the same order they were created. Typically, as you are starting from a ready-made page, the order might be be ok but you need to pay a special attention to the order of images in multi image articles.

The image boxes Z-order and the article images order

When an article has more images, Fred determines where to place an article image by the Z-order of the image and photocaption elements, and by the order of images in the article tree. The first article image is placed in the image box with the least Z-order among all selected image boxes. The first article image caption is placed in the photocaption frame with the closest Z-order to the image box where the image was linked.

On the following screenshot, the BYSHARRIF image is auto-paginated in the bottom image box, and the 03bhlwt1 image in the top image box because the Z-order of the bottom image box and the bottom image caption (invisible, because behind the photo) is less than the Z-order of the top image and its caption.

Actually, the Z-order was: headline-1, intro-2, BYSHARRIF image caption-3, BYSHARRIF photocaption-4, first body frame-5, other three body frames-6,7,8, top image box-9, top image caption-10.
