This topic describes how to select an edition workstate.

To change the edition workstate

1.On the Editions main tab in Fred, open an edition.

2.On the Edit menu, click Edition properties, to display the Edition Data dialog box.

3.Click the Workstate field, and then select one of the predefined workstates from the list.

Note

You cannot type an edition workstate, but just select it from the list.

Important

Save the edition to make this change visible to other users.
