This topic describes how to set the edition issue number. The default edition issue number is an empty string.

Note: you can set the edition issue number only on an edition that has been saved at least once.

To change the edition issue number

1.On the Editions main tab in Fred, open an edition.

2.On the Edit menu, click Edition Issue Number, to display the dialog box.

3.Enter what you want.

Save the edition to make this change visible to other users.
