GN4 Version 1.6 and superior allows the direct generation of newspaper’s barcodes on every edition, to be read by barcode scanners at the point of sale. This document describes the mechanism implemented and the steps necessary to successfully install and configure the extension.

A working knowledge of the GN4 architecture, VB.NET and GN4 Fred is necessary.
