By default, the auto-save is not enabled.

In Ted4 and Fred4

There are two auto-saves: one for pages (Pages main tab, Edit > Preferences), and one for articles (Articles main tab, Edit > Preferences, or during text editing on the Pages main tab, Edit > Preferences).

The dialog box titles are Fred Preferences (for pages), and Ted4 preferences (for text editing).

In browser, for Article Editor

Click the GN4 icon, and then on the Personal Settings, click Text Editor.

Enter a value different than 0. It is recommended to put a value to 20 - 50.
