You need to assign a content kind to folders for archive, wires, or contacts.

The content kind serves to limit searches of archived, wires, or contacts content only to folders marked in the specific way.

Leave folders for other content e.g. articles or images without content kind assigned.

By default, a new folder has no content kind assigned.
