You apply the master nudge on a layer by resetting layer nudge to 0, and applying a master to a page.

To apply the current master nudge on a layer

1.Open for editing any page of an edition or an edition template.

2.If a page contains multiple layers, double-click a layer name in the Layers palette, to target the layer.

3.On the Layout menu, click Edit Nudge, and set the horizontal and vertical values to 0.

4.Click OK.

This restores the layer nudge value to the ones of the master page.

To apply a different master nudge on a layer

1.Open for editing any page of an edition or an edition template.

2.If a page contains multiple layers, double-click a layer name in the Layers palette, to target the layer.

3.On the Layout menu, click Edit Nudge, and set the horizontal and vertical values to 0.

4.Click OK.

5.From the Masters navigator, drag a different master on a page.
