1.On the Edit menu, click Preferences, and then on the Auto Save tab, select Enabled.

2.Select the Local save box to enable the auto-save on the local hard drive (in the personal temporary directory %TEMP%) instead to the database, if the Changes between saves value is less than 20.

3.In the Changes between saves box, enter the number of changes after which the text is saved.
