Dummy Images

Build 1501 on 14/Nov/2017  This topic last edited on: 27/Oct/2016, at 12:14

Dummy images are place-holder for real images or ads not yet ready. They exist in the database but there is no corresponding image file. When a image with the same name is dropped into the system, it replaces the 'dummy' image on the page(s). If the size of the real image is identical to that of its dummy, the replacement is automatic. Otherwise user intervention is required to select if the actual image should be resized, cropped, or replaced.

Using dummy images it is possible to create pages with the correct placement for all the images, before the images are ready.

Dummy images are displayed as a crossed rectangle containing the name of the image.
