The GN4 keyword index contains:

Operations (verbs), e.g. adding, adjusting, archiving, printing etc. (gerunds).

Content types, e.g. stories, articles, pages, editions, objects, colors, etc., usually in plural - so don't look for font, but for fonts.

Items and concepts, e.g. add-ins, alerts, audit trail, etc.

GNML built-in tags, variables and styles. They are mostly on the first level, prefixed with >. See Searching for GNML tags in Index of HTML help files for details.

Command line switches, prefixed with /.

Messages and filenames, e.g. Admin4Config.xml.

Chapter titles, usually starting with a capital letter and ending with the suffix.

In builds prior to 1000: Topic titles, usually starting with a capital letter and ending with the (topic) suffix. In build 1000 and newer, the topic titles are not indexed anymore. See Update on change in indexing since help build 1000.

Programming methods (followed by term scripting) See Searching for commands in Index of commands.

Topic type, e.g. , (chapter: 'chaptername'), (overview), (explained), (scripting commands and scripts), (tags), (troubleshooting and FAQ), (reference) etc.
Such keywords are usually a second-level keywords, enclosed in parenthesis, to force them appear on the top of the keywords list.
