The Wires main tab becomes available when you activate a Wires workspace, and then expand the WIRES item on the left sidebar. At the first sight, a listing is not shown - you need to select what to display (Wires, Wire Stories, Wire Images, Wire Videos, Wire Audios):

Wire Images: display only the wire images. See I4 Wire images listing, I4 Wire images search form.

Wire Videos: display only the wire videos. See I4 Wire videos listing and I4 Wire videos search form.
