The Edition tracking main tab becomes available when you activate an Editorial workspace, and then expand the EDITION TRACKING item on the left sidebar. At the first sight, a listing is not shown - you need to select what to display (Pages or Editions):

Editions: display editions in production. See I4 Edition tracking editions listing and I4 Edition tracking editions search form.
