The term "change pages" refers to the pages whose editorial and advertising content vary between editions (first edition, second edition, or edition based on geographical zones).

About change pages content variations

The content variation may include one of more of the following:

The page number only.

The page dateline name, typically the name of the edition.

The page articles, that may be the same as in the source edition (with the same content, format and layout), or with changed content, format or layout, or only some articles may be included and the rest replaced with other articles.

The page ads, that may be the same as in the source edition (with the same content, format and layout), or with changed content, format or layout, or only some ads may be included and the rest replaced with other ads.

Examples

The page 2 in the first edition contains 6 articles and 3 ads. The same page becomes the page 4 in the second edition with the exactly the same content, including the dateline header - only the page number is different.

The page 2 in the first edition contains 6 articles and 3 ads. The same page in the second edition has exactly the same editorial content, including the dateline number and header - only the ads are different.

The page 2 in the first edition contains 6 articles and 3 ads. The same page becomes the page 4 in the second edition, in a different section/zone, whereas 4 articles are exactly the same as in the first edition, the other two articles are replaced with a single new article, and all the ads are different.
