The GN4 content such as articles, images, stories, multimedia and other is stored in folders. This applies on the production, wires and archive content. The editions and pages are not stored in folders; the tasks are stored in the calendars.

The access to folders content is protected by group- or user-level permissions.

You can review the folders content on the Folders tab.

Note: in the listing, you can select the only one item at a time. Multiple selection is not supported on the folders tab.
