The personal temporary folder is in:

Windows 8, 7 or Vista

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp

Windows XP

C:\Documents and Settings\<userName>\Local Settings\Temp

You can also find it by typing %TEMP% in the Run box in Windows Explorer.
