A special case can be this top double rule.

In InDesign, both rules are made in a text box.

It Fred, we recommend to use the normal rules, and not the rules in a text box.

Therefore, where InDesign has one object, Fred will have two of them, with different Y positions.

To find out the text box rules properties

1.In InDesign, double-click the text frame that hosts the rules.

2.On the Type menu, click Paragraph to display the Paragraph palette.

3.On the Paragraph palette, click the button in the top-right corner and then click Paragraph rules

Click to toggle graphic size

4.Read the properties of the top rule and write down its offset and weight.

Click to toggle graphic size

5.Click in the Rule Above list, select the Rule Below and then read the properties of the bottom rule. Write down it Offset (which is is the distance from the top rule) and weight. Make a note about the rule color.
