If you encounter the problem with the license command of srv4, which connects to the licenses.teradp.com, because of ISA Proxy requiring authentication, try this workaround:
1. Set the proxy settings in the Internet Explorer.
2. Verify that you can browse the Internet from the browser.
3. Open the command prompt as administrator and run:
netsh winhttp import proxy source=ie
Check the connectivity launching again srv4 licence command.

Restart IIS to enable GN4 Web interface to use the new proxy. After this change, GN4 browser will keep alive the license.
